Order Processing

effective date 09/05/2025

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Local Pickup (Monroeville, PA only) – Available by appointment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (U.S. only).

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is available to select countries. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions. Certain items (e.g., oversized or fragile equipment) may have limited shipping options.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@wavemanproductions.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to return or exchange items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
